EVERY VOTER HAS THE RIGHT TO VOTE.

There are options to help you vote.
If you have any questions please call or email.  We are here to help!

BY MAIL:
Each eligible, active voter in Uintah County will be mailed a ballot about 3 weeks before each Election.
You may vote this ballot in the privacy of your own home with assistance as you see fit.  Return as instructed, postmarked no later than the day before Election Day.   Or feel free to drop your ballot in one of the several dropbox locations: including the County Building, City offices and curbside at the Library.

OR
IN PERSON:
Visit the Clerk-Auditor's office during Early Vote.  This is typically the two weeks prior to the Election during normal business hours of M - F, 8 - 5.
Visit the Polling Location in the County Building on Election Day, 7 am to 8 pm.
These locations offer touchscreen ballot marking devices to help voters fill out their ballots. They are designed with accessibility features to enable independent and private voting such as: large font, contrast, audio, and plug ins for sip and puff or rocker paddles. Feel free to bring your own accessories, though headphones are provided.
* You have the right to have someone assist you in a polling place.  You can bring a family member, friend, or even ask a poll worker.  There are only a few individuals who cannot assist you:  your boss, a trade union rep, or a candidate.

OR
EMAIL OR FAX:

Contact the Clerk-Auditor's office at 435-781-5360 or clerk-auditor@uintah.utah.gov to vote via fax or email. We will be working with Enhanced Voting starting with 2023 Election year to better assist overseas citizens and military voters and their families as well as voters with disabilities who want their ballots emailed.
